Our Attorneys

Antoinette M. Wooten, an associate with the Whittier Law Firm, is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Honour Society, the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and a writer for the Justinian (the Brooklyn Law School newspaper). Currently, she is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and all of the District Courts in New Jersey.

Miss Wooten specializes in Entertainment and Sports Law dealing with issues that arise in the world of motion pictures, theatre, contract negotiations for performance rights, residuals, free-agency and endorsement contracts. She presently serves on the membership and publication committees of the Black Entertainment and Sports Law Association; and as an executive member of the Black Sports Agents Association.

Miss Wooten also represents her clients in more personal matters as a family law attorney in matters of parental rights, child custody and related monetary settlements.
